Shipping Policy

All orders generally will be processed within 1-3 business days. Transit times vary by country (listed below).

Estimated Transit Times:

• USA: 3-7 working days
• CA, AUS, UK: 5-8 working days
• Europe: 6-10 working days
• Rest of world: 10-15 working days

All orders are shipped with tracking and you will receive your tracking number by email as soon as it's available.

Note: If there is an issue with your order (e.g. new pet photo needed), this will understandably extend your production time.

We send all customers an artwork proof and ask for your approval before printing. So the faster you approve, the quicker we can ship!
